APPAREL STANDARDS
Outside Sales:
- JS polos or button down shirts tucked in
- JS jacket and/or sweater
- Long, khaki-style pants
- Closed-toe hard leather shoes
Warehouse Associates/Drivers:
- JS polos or t-shirts
- JS jacket and/or sweatshirt
- Jeans or long, khaki-style pants
- Shorts are permitted in summer
- Closed-toe hard leather shoes
- JS caps and/or beanies are permitted
ORDERING PROTOCOL
Orders are placed in March and September. There will be limited time periods when order forms will be accepted. Ordering opportunities will be announced at least 3 days prior to ordering periods.
**ONLY TWO ORDERS WILL BE PLACED PER YEAR. ANY FORMS SUBMITTED NOT WITHIN THE OPEN PERIOD WILL BE VOID.**
If you have been employed at Johnstone Supply, The Balsan Group for 6 months or more:
Outside/Inside Sales:
- 2 shirts (button down/polo)
- 1 sweater (fall order only)
- 1 jacket (fall order only)
- 1 cap (inside sales only)
Warehouse/Drivers:
- 4 shirts (polos/t-shirts)
- 1 sweatshirt
- 1 jacket (fall order only)(drivers only)
- 1 cap
- 1 beanie (fall order only)
NEW EMPLOYEES can place orders outside of the ordering periods. Make sure they check the new employee box to have these orders processed.
If you provide a shirt size prior to start date we will supply up to 2 shirts* for an employee’s first day.
*may vary based on availability
If you are a new employee or have transitioned to a new position that requires different apparel:

- 1 jacket
- 1 cap (inside sales only)
Warehouse/Drivers:
- 6 shirts (polos/t-shirts)
- 1 sweatshirt
